Chapter 9

I woke the next day thinking that yesterday was just a dream. That was until Uncle Ben called me from down stairs.
"Peter get, up you will be late for school".
I'm glad it wasn't a dream, I have my Uncle back and the girl I fell in love with but I don't think our relationship will rekindle. The whole time I was with her yesterday she seemed not interested. It is a little upsetting but I'm just happy she is alive.
School was more or less the same, bullies were still bullying and teachers were still teaching. I quickly ran into Ned hanging out at his locker.
"Hey man I know why you ran out yesterday".
"Why".
"Official Spiderman business".
"Okay it was but let's not talk about it here"
"Hey Parker". I turned around to meet a fist in my face luckily my spider like reflexes let me dodge it.
"Do you enjoy making me look like a ass in front of my girlfriend".
"Flash what are you talking about".
"During the break you were passing by me and Mary Jane and you dumped your food on me".
"Oh come on Flash it was just an accident".
"What ever Parker I'm still going to kick your ass".
"Flash you don't have to fight Peter"
"Stay out of this Ned our you're next".
Flash began throwing punches and I dodged each one I even did a back flip. The fight had drawn quite the crowd.
It ended when a teacher stepped and separated us, well got Flash to stop fighting.
"You alright Peter" said Gwen as she walked up to Ned and I.
"Yeah I'm alright"
"I would have stepped in to help but I could tell you had it handled".
"Hey Gwen" said Ned
"Hey Ned Gwen and I need to talk to you for a second".
So me, Ned, and Gwen stepped into an empty class room to talk. Me and Gwen told Ned about everything, Gwen being SpiderWoman and the things going on with Lord Adrial.
"So Gwen your from a different world".
"Yes but Ned you need to keep all this a secret".
"No worries I kept Peter's secret for a long time I think I can keep this one a secret".
Realizing what time it was we all quickly went to class Gwen and I had 1st period together.
"So is Ned one of your friends".
"Yeah he has been my best friend since elementary".
"What about Harry".
"He was too but when we were young he moved away and we didn't see him again until 3 years ago".
'What happened to you and him".
"Well it's a long story"
Flashback
Harry's father stayed behind in NYC to continue his research of a super soldier for the military. Norman let the tests be conducted on himself. The tests changed him, they turned him into a psychotic goblin. People named him The Green Goblin. Norman and I began to battle each other which ultimately lead to his death when he tried to kill me. Harry came back for his funeral and blamed Spiderman for his death. Harry found out I was Spiderman and he took the same tests. Harry kidnapped you to draw me out. He took you to an old clock tower. Me and him battle for a while until he dropped you. I was to late to catch you. Harry was brought by the police and went to jail. I don't if he is still there or not.
"It sounds like you have weirder villains to face than me".
"Yeah no kidding".
"Alright students welcome back".
