Chapter 16

(Abby's P.O.V)

I woke up at 10 O'clock the next morning. Today is the day I tell them. I'm a little worried. I'm not sure how they are going to react.

Abby? I heard someone say

What huh? I asked looking over to see nurse Ann.

I said do you need anything?

Oh. No I'm okay! Thanks though.

Are you okay Abby? Harry asked

Yeah I'm fine! Why?

Well you keep dozing off. Zayn said

Oh yeah just um tired. I smiled

Dia and Nia gave me the "we know your lying look".

Abby. Dr. Smith said walking in. I think you should tell them now.

Tell us what? Harry asked worriedly

Well they didn't do a test to see how long I have to live. I just asked them to tell you that because I didn't want you to know yet....

Know what? Dana asked

Well... I have three weeks to live..at least. I said looking down

Y-you what? Dia asked sadly

But. You ....no. Nia cried

Abby..you can't leave me-us. Can't...we can't live with out you. Harry said grabbing my hand

Is there any chance you have to survive? Louis asked with his voice cracking

Well there's a 12% chance. I mumbled

(Dias P.O.V)

It has been one and a half week since Abby told us that she had only three weeks left to live she is getting worse. She can't move or swallow and she can barely keep her eyes open.

Dia? Dana asked walking over to me.

Yeah? I asked sobbing

Hey..hey. What's wrong? He questioned wiping my tears but they were only replaced by more

I...I can't loose her. I can't loose Abby. I sobbed falling to my knees

(Dana's P.O.V)

Dia fell to her knees. I grabbed her and wrapped my arms around her.

Hey. Please stop crying. Abby loves you. I..we love you. I said

I-I just don't want to loose her. Dia stuttered

Hey. Look at me. Dana said cupping Dias cheeks and turning her head so she was looking in my eyes.

I leaned closer to her face as I pressed my lips to hers.

I love you! I smiled pulling away

I-I love you 2!!

(Harry's P.O.V)

I was in Abby's room sitting next her rubbing her hand.

H-Harry. She just barley said

Yeah? I asked looking at her pale face

zoe. She whispered

W-what? I asked confused

Zoe. She whispered again

What about Zoe? I asked

Want. She said

Harry. She wants Zoe. Nia said walking in.

Ohhhh. Well I can ask. Harry said getting up and walking out.

I walked until I found a nurse.

Excuse me. I said tapping her

Yes she asked turning around

My friend um Abby O'Brian.

Oh yes. I'm her night nurse. She smiled

Oh well hi! I'm Harry! I smiled

I'm nurse jenny! She smiled

Nice to meet you! My friend wants her dog Zoe. But she can't leave. Is it okay if I bring her in? I asked

Well we aren't really supposed to bring dogs in...but I will make a exception.

Thank you so much! I smiled running out to my car.

I drove to Abby's place and got Zoe on her pink gem stone leash.

(Abby's P.O.V)

I asked Harry to bring Zoe. I knew I wasn't going to make it very much longer and I needed to say bye to her. I prayed that the doctor or nurse would say yes.

I laid there listening to everyone talk sadly. I really didn't want them to be sad.

Abby? Louis asked

Yeah?

Um uh.... Where's Harry? He asked

I don't know. I said

Just then the door opened and I heard a little dog whine. Not just any whine but my Zoe's whine!

I slowly looked over at the door and let my hand fall off my bed. Zoe walked over and licked my hand whimpering.

Hey baby! I smiled

Zoe barked a little and laid her head down next to me.

Come here baby! I said patting next to me. Zoe jumped up and laid next to me. She had her head on my shoulder.

I laid there with Zoe for a while when I felt like some one dropped a brick on my lungs. I gasped clutching my ribs.

ABBY. Harry shouted

I'll get the nurse Liam said running out.

Harry walked over and grabbed my hand kissing my forehead as tears sprung to my eyes.

Hey hey. Don't cry love. Everything will be okay. Harry said with tears streaming down his face.

Abby I-I love you. Harry said kissing my forehead again.

I heard loud beeping. Something was placed on my face. Then everything went black.

(Still Abby's P.O.V)

I heard voices but everything was black. I felt someone take my hand and kiss it.

Then everything was bright.

Abby? Someone yelled

I looked around but only saw blurs.

I squinted my eyes and blinked a couple of times. Then I saw a everyone above my starting at me and Zoe Sitting on my lap.

What happened? I asked

Abby. You died. Louis said

W-WHAT? I asked

Your lungs stopped working and you died.. Then the doctors said you were dead. Then Zoe barked and they let us in and Harry kissed you one more time and your heart started beating again. Harry brought you back and you were asleep for a month. A week after you woke up. Then through the month you gradually got better. And your going to make it! Zayn finished

O-oh.. I said looking at Harry

Can I talk to Abby alone please? Harry asked

Sure. They said walking out and shutting the door behind them

Abby. I don't know if you remember this but I told you I loved you before you uh well died. And I just wanted to- Harry. You laughed I love you 2!! You smiled

Harry smirked and kissed me passionately.

Abigail! Will you be mine? He asked

Yes! I smiled kissing him again.
