"stand down!" bluntly whispering into the cold wisp air, she kneeled down onto the floor as airy breaths escaped her lungs every second. the glowing gaze of the sun drafted down onto her skin, devouring all cold breeze that laid upon her. staring at her opponent, she desperately tried to reason with him, just begging for a truce or even for him to give up. but the boy wouldn't stand down, only adjusting his fractured finger as he twisted his arm over and over again.

the faint light of baby blue fire suddenly jolted from his hands, spreading over his hands and onto the land surrounding her feet. the heat of the burns crowded her limbs, burning down onto his perfect skin as the warmth from the sun mixed perfectly well with the dying heat. she couldn't help but feel utterly disappointed in herself for not convincing him further, but there was no chance. the duel was called on by him, challenging her, to loose the horrid spot of fourth.

sweat trickled down her moist skin, visibly showing the temperature rising around her. staring at her surrounding, she dropped a single hand onto the cold dried floor with utter disappointment. a sigh escaped her lips, echoing in the silence of the crackling fire engulfing her closer and closer by the second. twisting a single finger to the side, a sudden bolt of soil threaded its way from beneath her feet and into the air. instantly the cool breeze of the winds her fingers snapped in a instant drowned her in its instant relief.

staying in her place, she fell against the earths surface with a soft thud. waving her hand around in a circular motion, strong winds pushed and tumbled at the boy glaring down below her. flying into the air just beneath her, she awaited for the perfect moment to strike with the strange yet familiar feeling of guilt swarming through her stomach once more. she couldn't help but feel terrible for what was yet to come, but it had to be done. whispering into the thick air, she shut her eyes with the pure ecstasy of her sadness as she suddenly flipped down from her space in the air. "i'm sorry."

falling down, her body slammed down onto the gentle cushion of the males stomach. with the force knocking between them, a shirt gush of dirt splattered their surroundings, preventing the naked eye from seeing such. all except for the lucky few with powers to see right through the act. letting out a hesitated grunt, y/n could practically feel her rib rubbing against his own, both deformed just as the others. her airwave was much shorten, seeping in gasps of horrid sorts and release of few. but she couldn't stop, not yet when she was so close

with the tip of her index finger pressed against the young males chest, the clear cloud of air washed over the two of them. the surrounding beneath them cleared almost spontaneously, allowing the audience to catch once more of the duel that was suddenly called upon. pressing her hand into him, her cold eyes met his own with such utter terror, all fear inside him shook to the core. all molecules inside him begged to move, to fight back, yet he couldn't do a thing over the fear that was overpowering him. a strange darkness looked over him, clouding his throat that he was sure was her using against him.

drafting over him head, the perfect core of the earths surface devoured him entirely. staring down at the boy below her, she could read the book of terror written all over him. it was extraordinary, the gaze of his piercing into her own guilt ridden ones. to him she was nothing more than a monster he could never beat. but in the perfect reality they lived in, they were filled with the entity of pure innocence of girl who no longer wanted to fight.

"(****) has been immobilized! y/n is the victor!"

with the sudden silence of the announcers voice, y/n heaved with a breath of depression. blankly staring at the floor before her, she crowded the gaze of the audience clapping over and over again over her new victory. numb to the cheers of her peers, she kicked lightly at the rock before her as a blush arose down on the oh so familiar rosy cheeks of hers. plastered with the perfect porcelain skin, she reddened at the mere sensation of the staring before the crowd.

all the years she's won a battle, she still hadn't quite gotten over the fear of her terrible embarrassment. with a sweet smile, she stared down onto floor knowing well the cheers would falter anytime soon. but there was one persons who stood out the most in her birds eye. and for the odd reasoning of her experience, anger slowly crept its way inside her. lurking inside her, she just dared to render another duel with the last ranked any moment, but held back.

finn might have meant well, but she was going to kill him.

A/N: i already like this way better! i hope y'all with enjoy this newly written part. i'm gonna try to make y/n hold that persona of innocence a lot more than i did before. i feel as if i didn't write it well and i really wanted to show her real self
