Well, he wiggled when I said that, so that's progress. But unlike when I became a 3-year-old, Todorok- well, Todo now, (hehe yah) went farther down his timeline, unto where he couldn't speak yet. Shi- Aw man! Well I guess I'll have to raise him until I can tell Endeavor what happened...

Midoriya's 1st plan was to try to raise Todo like a dog. He had never been a father anyways.
