What is life without a little lamb? Mary had a little lamb, it's fleece whurr white as snow...

1. Boneless lamb shanks cut into cubes

2. Lemon juice

3. Black pepper

4. Olive oil

6. Salt

To skewer these, put them on skewers alternating with green peppers. Make a vinaigrette with lemon juice and olive oil and lightly brush the skewers on the grill once or twice on each side after lamb begins to sweat, and has a touch of brown color on them.

Marinate overnight
