Who said we have to pour milk and sugar into our cereal? There are other healthy options right? The last time I went to work with my breath smelling like cereal, milk and eggs, I realized that Cereal Smoothie Bowls are a better option.

Most fruits like bananas deserve a complimentary item like something crunchy. So why not oatmeal? 

A cereal smoothie bowl deconstructed is in my opinion an ideal breakfast.

1. Bran Flakes

2. Raisins

3. Nuts of your choice

4. Bananas

5. Leftover sliced Jello
