Sweet Perfection ~ Hope Mikealson

Prologue

  "Olivia we want you to stay with us. Like forever." These words rang through Olivia's head like fireworks. Someone had finally wanted her, she had been longing for this day for so long. The brunette teenager looked at her foster family, a blonde headed woman and a man with dark black hair. They were holding their hands and smiling at Olivia praying that the girl would agree to stay with them. Olivia's excitement was short lived however, when she thought about the two boys who had been sitting outside the room waiting on her return.

"What about Landon and Raf, are they staying as well?" Olivia asked hopefully. The two adults ducked their head in shame. Indicating to Olivia that the boys she had grown up with weren't welcomed into this home as she had been. Olivia stood with a heavy heart and left to exist the room.

"Olivia wait! You never gave us an answer." The dark haired man had said stopping Olivia momentarily. The teen took a deep breath before replying, knowing that her answer would more than likely break the couples heart.

"Landon and Raf are my family, I could never leave them like that. So my answer is no, I'm sorry." As she walked away Olivia could hear the sobs coming from the older woman she felt the dying urge to turn around and hug the woman and tell her she had changed her mind and that she would stay. But instead she walked out to where she had left the two boys and sat in between them as they awaited social services to pick them up and bring them to their next temporary home.

That was the thing about Olivia Kirby she could never put her own happiness above anyone else's. Especially Landon and Rafael's. If her simply surviving the miserable life she had been dealt meant that those two boys could have some joy in life. Then that's what she would do, simply survive.

But going day to day just surviving isn't truly living. Olivia would come to find that out when she and the boys find themselves in an incredible situation. One where they find that their world isn't as dull as they thought it to be. They would find that humans are not the only creatures to walk this earth, there's wolves and vampires and even witches. The teen girl would soon realize that she may not be as normal as she thought and maybe there was something special about her.

When Olivia enters the Salvatore School for the young and gifted her life will completely change, as will she. She will learn that her needs are just as good as anyone else's she'll learn how to love, and how to truly live. All thanks to one Hope Mikealson. The girl who changed everything.

Hello everyone! So this is my new Hope Mikealson fan-fic. I apologize for this part being so short but it is only the prologue. Actual chapters will be longer. Anyways I hope you enjoyed! Let me know what you think so far :)
