Summary: Lance is playing gutair in his bedroom at the castle, playing Owl City's version of Enchanted and Keith overhears him singing, deciding to join him in there. Basically, some cute fluff.

The Castle of Lions was very quiet. Hunk was at the Balmera, hanging out with Shay. Pidge and Shiro were down in the hangers, learning what they could about Shiro's robot arm. Allura and Coran were at some weird planet getting people to join the Colition. As for Keith, he was training, like normal. So, that just left Lance.

And he was bored. "Ugh! Why didn't I go with Coran and the princess to that planet!" Lance groaned, leaning back against the couch. He already tried playing video games, but he was just left feeling super bored. Sure, he could join Keith in the training deck, but did he really want to get the quiznack handed to him by the Black Paladin? No, not really. Left without any other idea, he got off his butt and started heading in the direction of his room.

The electronic door opened for him and he went inside of his bedroom. Making sure that Pidge hadn't stashed any cameras into his bedroom, Lance pulled out his gutair from underneath his bed. No one else in the castle knows that he was able to play the insturment, and he always made sure to do so when he knew no one was around. When he plays music, he likes to keep it for himself. When he played the insturment, it meant he could get his emotions out, and no one would judge him for it.

Setting it in position on his lap, Lance sat on the bed and started tuning the gutair. Once he knew that he could start playing, he started strumming the beginning to Enchanted, a song that he really liked when he was back on Earth, and he knew it very well.

There I was again tonight forcing laughter, faking smiles
Same old tired, lonely place

This song meant a lot to him. It always managed to make him feel like he could eventually find someone, his person. He just doesn't know who it is.

Walls of insincerity
Shifting eyes and vacancy vanished when I saw your face

Lance wasn't really singing about anyone in particular, at least that's what he tried to convince himself.

All I can say is it was enchanting to meet you

Sometimes Allura would come to mind when he thought about the lyrics of this song, other times, someone else would come to mind.

Your eyes whispered "have we met?"
Across the room your silhouette starts to make it's way to me
The playful conversation starts
Counter all your quick remarks like passing notes in secrecy

Lance had always thought romance as something magical, something that no one could explain. Sure, he would always flirt with aliens, he also knew that not all the aliens he would flirt with are girls. And Lance would never admit it, but he's always thought men were hot as well. There's a very specific one, but he refuses to say it.

All I can say is it was enchanting to meet you
Oh, Taylor, I was so enchanted to meet you too

Other than the fact that this song is sweet, he still knew that it's a response to Taylor Swift's song, showing that Owl City had actual feelings for the famous music artist.

This night is sparkling, don't you let it go
I'm wonderstruck, blushing all the way home
I'll spend forever wondering if you knew
I was enchanted to meet you too

Keith was leaving the training deck after a rough day of training. He had actually wanted to do something else, but there really wasn't a lot for anyone to do in the castle, at least for him. Hunk had cooking, Lance and Pidge had video games, as well as she has working with technology, Shiro hits the training deck pretty often as well, and he has no idea what the ancient Alteans do when they weren't fighting the war. Really all he did was train and be a paladin. He headed down the hallway where the bedrooms were, when he heard singing.
