She comes off strong
But maybe she fell asleep crying
She acts like nothing is wrong
But maybe she's just really good at lying
She wishes for her heart to be whole again
For the empty longing to be loved
She wishes her heart would mend
For someone to come along and help her rise above
But she is all out of happiness to spend
All because they said she wasn't good enough
