Bonjour, I'm so glad you chose to read my book.

I wouldn't call myself a movie lover per se, or your typical Netflix and chill kinda gal (hell, I don't even have Netflix), but I do keep up with Criminal Minds. It's always been a series that has intrigued me, and I swear, I live for Spencer Reid and Luke Alvez. So, last night I watched season 14, episode 7, and for some reason, the storyline, and the plot really made an impact in my thoughts.

This book isn't directly based off the episode, but I did loosely follow the storyline and concept. Thank you for taking the time to read it.

Joshua, Jeremy, and Jason have been hurting. Hurting ever since their father walked out. Hurting ever since their mother died. It was as if fate had only one plan for them, to hurt, and feel anguish and turmoil deep in their souls.

Jason's death was the last straw.
