Chapter 12 - "Welcome Back Hero"

Everyone were gathering together on the beach side when suddenly a horn from a red sport car was heard driving towards them

Cara: *looks at the car*

Mokuba jumps out of it and goes on the run to them while the car parks a few yards away as the good old Pharaoh steps out of it

Cara: *tries to keep herself from running to Yami*

Yami on the other hands has his eyes set on her as he walks forward, begging with his eyes for her to come to him

Cara: *runs to him*

Yami grins and opens his arms widely for her as she blesses the Gods she want mad at him

Cara: *hugs him tight*

Yami hugs her back just as tightly as he picks her up and spins them both around

Cara: *kisses him*

Yami kisses her back and holds her close even after they pull away for air

Cara: *hugs him*

Yami: I'm sorry ... I love you very much, so please forgive me for my mistakes *says sencerely as he caresses her cheeks with his hands*

Cara: Of course I forgive you. *kisses him*

Yami: I love you Cara *says as he hugs her tighter and covers her face in kisses*

Cara: I love you too.

Meanwhile everyone aww at the two before whistling as a motion to join the party

Cara: *looks over*

Yami: Let's join them and we will make an escape plan later so we can spend the rest of the night all alone together *whispers in her ear*

Cara: *blushes, nods*

Yami smiles and kisses her cheeks as everyone else pull them in a group hug

Cara: *giggles*

*SKIP TIME*

After everything Yami smiles as he leads Cara to the beach where they lay down on a blanket and watch the sunset in peace

Cara: *smiles*

Yami: I really missed spending time with you like this *says as she runs a hand through her hair and watches the waves crash into the rocks*

Cara: I missed this too.

Yami: I'm really sorry for all the headache I cause you. Who would have guessed how much I could get addicted to some wet substance?

Cara: *hugs him*

Yami hugs her back and keeps hr as close as possible as he covers her with a fluffy towel

Cara: *smiles*

Yami: You know I was thinking ... what would you say if I offer you to marry me in the spring?

Cara: You can't just ask now?

Yami chuckles before sliping a ring on her finger
Yami: You don't get it. I'm saying I want to have the wedding in the spring

Cara: *blushes from embarrassment*

Yami: Well my Queen, what d you say?

Cara: Yes. *hugs him*

Yami: I love you sooo soo much *says as she showers her in kisses and hugs her and close to himself as possible*

Cara: *hugs back* I love you too Yami.

Yami: Soo how do you think your dad will react when he finds out about this?

Cara: I don't know.

Yami: I sure hope we wn't dig my grave up faster than expected *jokes as she presses his lips to her forehead*

Cara: *giggles*

Yami: I was thinking one more thing ... have you even imagined us with kids?

Cara: I'd love to have kids with you.

Yami: Boys or girls?

Cara: Maybe one of each.

Yami: How about in a beach house?

Cara: *smiles* That would be nice.

Yami: And do you by any chance want to see it? *asks with a smirk as he pulls out a pair of new keys rom his pocket*

Cara: *looks at him, surprised* You actually own a beach house?!

Yami: Your father was the one who got it as a gift for my return *smirks wider*

Cara: I'm gonna kick his ass one of these days. Just because he doesn't tell me stuff.

Yami: He said it was a surprise

Cara: Even so he could have at least told me that I'd get a surprise.

Yami: He couldn't. The surprise was for both of us

Cara: *sighs*

Yami: Why don't you like surprises? They aren't bad

Cara: Sometimes they are. Like when someone sneaks up on you. That's a bad surprise.

Yami: Yeah but I don't remember something like that happening to us

Cara: True.

Yami: Have I told you how much I love you today?

Cara: I don't think you have.

Yami smiles and chuckles as he crawls over her and inches his lips to her own

Cara: *blushes*

Yami: I love you more than my heart can bare *whispers against her lips*

Cara: *blushes, kisses him*

Yami smiles wider as he kisses her back as he pulled her legs around his waist

Cara: *blushes*

Yami then pulls back with a smile and offers her a hand as he stands up

Cara: *takes his hand*

Yami smiles wider and he helps her up and gathers their stuff before pulling her towards his car

Cara: *blushes*

Yami: Redy to go home? *asks as he opens the door for her*

Cara: Yep. *gets in*

Yami: Good *grins as she runs over to the drivers seat and starts up the engine*

Cara: *smiles*

Yami smiles back as they drive away towards their new home
