Rodney POV

After Asia & Her Dog left I Dragged myself to my room and Put on My Hoodie and Sweapants.

I had to sell this before he comes back and kills me and my mom.

I went to my usual Corner and stood there waiting for my regulars.

The night was going just fine that is until Asia Showed up.

"How Much" She asked.

"$50" I said.

She looked up. Im guessing she recognized my voice "Rodney?"

"Asia"

"So this is why you couldn't take the baby " she folded her arms.

"I had business to take care of. Is this why you wanted to take care of the baby so you could get high?" I asked.

"No"

"Since when did you smoke anyway"

"Since when did you go back to selling dope?"

"I never stopped"

"Why not "

"Cause i can't " I don't know why I told her that

"Who said you couldn't "

"My-"

"Wassup Son"

My father came up behind me and put a hand on my shoulder i flinched a little.

"Whos this fine young thing" He asked.

"You remember Asia"

"Damn You done got grown and sexy. Id tear that ass up"

Asia shifted obviously uncomfortable

"Shutup" I told him

"Dont talk to me like that Rodney"

He put his hands on my face

"Get- the- fuck -off -me" I hissed.

He backed away "Oh so you want to act tough in front of her?"

Asia stood there contemplating on whether she should run

Where the Hell Was David? His dumb ass let a pretty girl like that buy shit by herself

"Im talking to you"

I rolled my eyes

"Imma let that slide . But since you want to disrespect me. Not only will I Hurt Your Mother I'll hurt Her too"

He ran his fingers through her hair.

She Kicked him in the balls "Don't touch me you perv"

I pushed him down and grabbed her

"Run" I told her. And we took off.

"What the hell Rodney " She yelled when we finally lost him.

"Im sorry "

"Your Father beat you up didn't he"

"I swear if you tell anybody what just happened Asia"

"I wont Rodney just tell me Whats Going On"

"You never saw me"

And with that I walked away leaving her there stunned.

"Its better if you didnt know"I said to myself... And ran all the way home

Asia POV

I stood there in disbelief. What the hell just happened.

I Walked back to David's car and sighed

"what happened? Did you get the stuff"

"no there was a long line and the guy ran out by the time i got there" I lied.

"Damn. Now what?" He asked.

"Just take me home please "

He nodded.

I was silent the whole way home. Because i was too busy thinking about what Rodney's Father said.

"not only will I'll hurt your mother I'll hurt Her too"

His words rang through my ears.

"hey what happened back there" David look concerned

I wanted to tell him so bad.

My life was in Danger

Rodney's mom's life was in Danger

... And Rodney's life

The life I care about the most out of the three

But instead I Lied and said nothing happened and that i was just bummed that we couldn't get high. And surprisingly he believed me.

That was probably the worst mistake i could've made..
