hi!! so let's get a few things over with
this book is meant to really hit down upon stress and anxiety and how some people deal with it. you can't want it for attention, you can't tell someone to get over it. im sorry if i didn't interpret it or author it the way it realistically is.
mental illness and depression are not meant to be used for attention seeking purposes. it doesn't work that way, and i'm not saying i know what depression feels like, but i DO know that it's wrong to use such for your own benefits.
i'm saying this now, i am not glorifying this. i am simply writing it. please do not be offended by the content.
