You don't waist a second of your spare time. You take your reader's copy* of tLC and start reading on a random page or one of your favorite pages. Then when you need to do something, you carry it with you to wherever you need to go.
*a reader's copy is a crappy paperback copy of a book that you allow yourself to injure. You also have a hard cover copy that's in perfect condition
