Ron and Libby spent the Summer renovating the semi-attached self-contained room of their 100-year-old villa, with the hope of filling it with someone who needed it. They lovingly sanded the wooden floors and prepped and painted the walls. Ron purchased the bed, cabinets and other necessities while Libby selected the soft furnishings, floor rugs and cushions.
Admiring their finished product, they surveyed the open-plan living and kitchen. The room was ready for rent.
Ron picked up the "Room for Rent" sign and headed outside to erect it in the front lawn, Libby followed.
"Well there ya go....now we just have to wait," said Ron.
