Todoroki's Dare

God [POV]

Todoroki followed Momo as she walked down the hallway to the freezer.  It was a large meat freezer that they stored mostly things other than meat

"I'm going to lock you in and there are security cameras to prove you don't cheat" Momo explained opening the door feeling around in the cold for the light switch.  She flicked it on and the lights buzzed to life

"Seriously why is it so big?" Todoroki asked

"Why not?" Momo shrugged "Now clothes off

"Ugh" Todoroki whined pulling his shirt off.  He was previously wearing a black turtle neck sweater and black skinny jeans but now he was in nothing but his underwear.

"Remember no using either of your quirks" she scolded as she shut the door on him pulling her phone out connecting to the security system.  She didn't really lock the door and hoped he would figure that out if he got too cold.  She wouldn't even count it as a penalty since she gave him quite a harsh dare even for someone with a quirk like his.  She just hoped he would be smart enough to figure that out.  Even if he was a honor student he could be pretty clueless at times.  Especially when he was tired.  Momo went back to the group

"Can someone set a timer for an hour?" Momo asked as she sat back down looking at the security camera

"Yeah" Iida pulled out his phone setting a timer

"Whatchu looking at Momo?" Kaminari asked

"The security camera" She responded watching Todoroki wander around the freezer for a bit not knowing he was being watched

"You have security cameras in the freezer?" Kaminari raised one eyebrow

"And intercoms as well with sound and what not" she shrugged

"You're seriously that rich?" He asked

"Pretty much" She shrugged

"What is he doing?" Kirishima asked

"Right now, he's just wandering around I don't think it's really affecting him right now" she watched the screen

"I wanna see" Kaminari went around behind her chair looking over her shoulder

"Here" Momo put her phone down grabbing the remote turning the security camera on the TV.

"Does he know that there are security cameras?" Midoriya asked

"I told him but I don't think that he knows we're watching him" she shrugged watching Todoroki walk over to one of the shelves.  Momo picked up her phone again and started to talk into the Mic.

"Don't touch anything Todoroki" she scolded making him jump looking around confused.  He seemed to spot the security camera because he stared directly into the camera the bright lights and camera making him look white as a ghost.  The air clung to his breath as he exhaled a shiver running through his spine.  He stared directly into the camera sticking up his middle finer on his left hand picking up a bag of peas that was on the shelf behind him.  He tossed it on the ground the bag bursting open peas spilling everywhere

"I can have that cleaned up easily but it's not my fault if you slip over them trust me it's a lot easier to do than you might think" Momo spoke into the mic

"Oh frick off" Todoroki exclaimed shivering again

"if it get's to cold for you you can always give up but then you'll have to take a drink of this nasty concoction I made" Momo challenged

"No I'm fine I can take it" he exhaled again a white puff of smoke coming from his mouth

"Well if it get's too cold just tell me" Momo shrugged even though he couldn't see.  Todoroki continued to pace around the room using all his willpower for his quirk not to activate.  He was kind of spacing out as he paced around keeping himself from using his quirk.  There was a loud crash as Todoroki his his knee against a shelf.  He cried out in pain falling over
