By the time Gina got here I had packed two suitcases of clothes, a bag for my school stuff and bag with some make up, my ipod, phone and other things. She got out the car and helped Beau carry my suitcases before hugging me and telling me everything was going to be alright.
‘Do the twins know what happened?’ Beau asked Gina.
‘No, when you rang they were at tennis. They shouldn’t be home for another hour. So Jess I suggest when we get back you let Beau take your suitcases and bags up whilst you get in the shower and get changed in to some trackies then we’ll order in pizza for when Luke and Jai get back.’
‘Thankyou Gina. It really means a lot.’
‘It’s fine sweetheart.’
We arrived at their house. I done exactly what Gina said. When I got out of the shower I just shoved on some old trackies and one of Beaus tops he’d given me awhile back. I scraped my hair into a pony tail and went downstairs. I could hear Gina telling Beau how proud she is of him being supportive. I decided to go sit with them.
‘I’m trying to get a weekend job, so I can pay you rent Gina’
‘No darling, you keep all that money for the baby and you. I always cook more for James, Skip and Tyla so another mouth isn’t much.’
‘Thankyou.’ I hugged Beau.
We were cuddled up on the sofa waiting for Jai, Luke and the pizza to arrive. It was almost 8pm. We were watching Meet The Robinsons when there was a knock at the door. Me and Beau ran to the door thinking it was pizza. We were disappointed to be greeted by Jai and Luke.
‘Faggots, where are you keys?’ Beau joked about.
‘We left them here, who are you expecting?’ Jai asked.
‘Pizza’ I laughed.
They both laughed at me. ‘Boys, Jess will be staying with us. Her parents didn’t take her being pregnant to well.’
They both ran up to me and gave me a hug, when I saw the pizza man come as we were standing in the door way.
‘God boys, getting so emotional. The pizza is here. I’m starving.’ I joked. They all laughed again.
We finished watching Meet the Robinsons. I ended up crying. I always do. Beau had fallen asleep with me in his arms and Jai and Luke were fighting on the floor. I woke Beau up and we went to bed. He was perfect. How could I ever of doubted his reaction to us having a baby. His family was so supportive.
—-next day—-
I was awoken by Luke and Jai. It was half 6. Beau had already gone to work. He was going to see if he could extend his hours. He wanted to be able to put more money away for the baby, he said it wouldn’t stop us from spending time with each other cause he’d work when I was at school. Everything was going well. I decided to go in and see what the boys were arguing about. I stood at the door and they saw me. It wasn’t weird. I usually stayed round there’s anyway. I met Beau through them. They were already like my brothers, they tried acting like my big brothers at times, it was quite funny really.
‘Sorry, did we wake you? Come sit down.’ Luke seemed concerned.
I sat on Jais bed. ‘Nope, it’s fine. I need to get ready for school anyway. What were you arguing over?’
‘If the baby is going to be a boy or girl. I think it will be a little girl and Luke thinks it will be a little boy. What do you think?’
‘I don’t know but I know the baby will have the best Father and Uncles ever.’
‘Awww!’ Jai smiled.
I left the room and got ready for school. I took my time and finally got ready. The boys were waiting for me downstairs.
‘Take your time.’ Luke winked.
‘Shut it you. Some of us like looking good, unlike you’ I joked. He pretended to cry.
We walked to the bus stop to see Ashley crying. I ran over to her.
‘Ashley, what’s happened?’
‘Well my parents won’t let me have a boyfriend yet and they are against everything. Kind of like yours Jess but they found out about Skip. He slept round last night. I thought they were away but they came back this morning and kicked off. They told me I can’t see him again.’
‘They can’t do that!’ I protested.
‘I’m sorry. This is stupid your problems are a lot bigger.’ She half smiled.
‘No! I’m fine. I’m living with Beau and everything’s fine. I will come talk to your parents later and try get around it. Sound good?’
‘Thanks Jess. They’ll trust you.’
‘No problem. Now lets get our fine arses to school. I need to catch up on a lot.’ I joked.
