- Off days are Saturday and Sunday
- I run in my dance class on Tuesday and Thursday (Sometimes)
- 30* min cardio (this is aside from my 45 min dance class)
Monday, Wednesday will be;
- Abs and Arms (10 Min)
Tuesday, Thursday will be;
- Butt and Thighs (10 Min)

M I S C E L L A N E O U S
- I'll check in every week on Sunday to give progress updates
- Also I'll use this as a motivation board
- I encourage anyone to join me! I'll put lists of exercises/ videos I'm using!
- I'm NOT changing my diet at all, just working out more.

*I thought it was 30 min but the one I'm using is actually 37 mins, will try to find another one.*
