I know it says challenge but I'm gonna use it as a muffin top exercise routine (if that makes sense)

These are basically it since I run on Tuesday and Thursday and have a 45 minute dance class. If I feel like this isn't enough I will probably move on to like 30 day challenges or YouTube videos, I'm not sure yet.
