Masons pov

I decided to call mom since I have some news!

Mom- hey mason how are you?

Mason- I get a month off and I'm coming back in time for Brooke's wedding.

Mom- mason that's great!

Mason- I got to go. I'm about to catch a flight.

(Night before)

Brooke's pov

"Brooke it's going to be okay." Mom said

"I want Mason and Haley here though"

"We all do Brooke. Tomorrow is all about you just have an amazing day."

"Thanks mom."

Masons pov:

I flew in and dad picked me up and drove to the chapel. He was already in his tux and I'm wearing my army uniform.

"Mason stay near the back"

"Okay dad"

The ceremony started and Brooke walked down the isle and didn't see me. Dad handed her off to Colin and sat down.

"These two wrote their own vows"

"Brooke, when I met you I fell head over heals for you. Now we have a very handsome son and you two are my life. I can't wait to be able to call you mine." Colin said

"Colin, I love you and you are my life. We have had a amazing year together and I wouldn't trade it for the world

"I now pronounce you husband and wife. you may kiss the bride"

Colin kissed my sister and walked out I wasn't seen again! Score! Now it's time for the reception! I walked in the back entrance and stood behind the stage where people give speeches. I was given the signal and started talking, with a video of me in Vietnam was playing

"Brooke I know I haven't been here for 4 months. I missed so much of Travis's life and I want to change that around but I'm protecting this country. I just wanted to let you know that I love you and congrats on becoming a Swindell."

I peeked in front of the curtains and saw Brooke hugging dad crying with her back away and my dad gave me the signal again. so I walked out and everyone started cheering. I walked up behind my sister and dad let her go and hand her to me I hugged her then she turned around.

"Mason how did you get her?!?!?" she asked crying even more

"Shh please don't cry. I'm on leave for 3 months."

"I missed you mason."

"I missed you to"
