Chapter 5: This is a Bad Idea

"You know how bad of an idea this is?" I ask David as he grabs my camera.

"Yeah, but it'll be fun" He shrugs. "Also, you needed a video, so we combined our ideas into this death wish"

I sigh but smile at the same time. "You barely drink" I chuckle "Are you sure you don't want me to just do this alone?" I ask.

"I'm not letting my girlfriend get drunk alone" He replies walking towards me.

"Wouldn't that would probably have the best outcome?" I ask.

"What? You drink alone, which ends in  you acting drunk and high all at once?" He questions.

"That's just my normal personality" I say.

David sighs. "We're doing it together" He insists standing right in front of me and wrapping his arms around my waist.

I do the same and respond. "Okay," I mumble.

He shakes his head. "Hey, look on the brightside. Even though we'll probably wake up with horrible hangovers, we'll most likely go to bed happy" He jokes making us both laugh.

David presses record. He walks to the other side of the counter where I stand. I slap the counter.

"What the hell will this video will turn into? Well, the answer is, I have no fucking clue" I blurt.

"That's an intro" David chuckles.

"Maybe a little intense, but we're going with it" I nod letting a small laugh slip.

"So basically we'll be answering your guys' questions that you guys tweeted at Y/n" David explains.

"But there's a catch," I add. "After every question we have to take a shot" I say regretting my decision.

"Now, Y/n and I are both awful with alcohol" David notes.

"By 'awful', we mean that David just tends to pass out after only a few shots, and I just go absolutely insane when I'm drunk" I explain. "And by 'insane' I mean I act drunk, high, and hyper as all hell"

"Like you said earlier, that's just your normal mindset" David says making us both laugh.

"True, but just imagine that, but 50x worse" I add turning to David. His eyes widen and he shakes his head.

"We might die" He jokes. Again, we both laugh.

I slap the counter again. "So, this is a bad idea" I sum up. "Understatement of the year" I add. "Also, fuck that hurt my hand!" I say holding it.

"Before you ask, yes, this is how we choose to spend our Valentine's day" David nods. "This won't be posted on Valentine's day, because that's today and we're probably gonna get drunk as fuck, but happy day late Valentine's day" He nods.

"Yes, happy late Valentine's Day" I say.

"Hopefully you didn't spend it like this" David adds.

We both laugh and finally start doing what the actual video is about.

"Alright, question one is: What are your nicknames for each other?" David reads from my laptop.

"Yours is usually Davie or babe, but there's a whole list" I giggle.
