Dang, I'm on a role! Finished two artworks today, not to mention just starting this one. I'm actually very surprised I finished this ambitious(for my standards) of an artwork in less than a day.
This piece is based on Subnautica(if any of you know that game) and I drew one of the Reaper Leviathans(though I depicted it much larger). I had this idea a while ago (like my Time Kills Piece) but my god, the composition was awful! So I brainstormed a bit and came up with this, and it's soooo much better.
I really don't have anything I don't like about this piece. I just really, really love it. I'm not sure why but I do. I might've gone a bit overboard with the scars though... SHUSH this guy's old haha. But they look cool and ThAt'S aLl ThAt MaTtErS. I guess the submarine colours are a little muddy but meh, it still looks pretty good after I added the highlights. Maybe I could've put more glisten into the teeth... hm. Whatever, I'm learning.
