Chapter 3: The cycle of life

" woah look at my Baby mama" Paris exclaimed As she opened the door revealing Scarlett who was 8 months pregnant with Her second child wobbling her way inside while Carter carried the drinks in his hands

She smiled back at Paris and gave her a side hug. " How you're doing?" Paris extended her arms out and rubs on Scarlett stomach soothingly waiting for her to answer

" terrible. I'm tired of feeling big and emotional. I can't even walk right or breath"

Paris burst out laughing causing Scarlet frown at her " what's funny?"

" it's going to be okay." Paris reassured her as she softly rub her stomach " give it one more month and when you hold its little arms  you'll see that it was worth it"

" I know I know" she huffed as they went further in the house

" anybody seen king?" Paris questioned as she walked inside the living room where London was sitting down watching tv

" I think he went upstairs into his office" London answered.

Paris nods her head and Went upstairs looking for him while the girls decided to catch up with each other

" So where have you been London?" Scarlett asked after a few conversation.

" New York. I thought I told you that" she said without no emotions

London thought Scarlett was cool and a fun person to be around when they first met but all that went down the drain when janiyah got into it physically with Scarlett and ever since that London and her had a complicated relationship with each other. She wanted to like her but she had to be loyal to her cousin no matter what.

"My bad, It must have slip out my mind. but You look good". 

London stared at her wondering if she was being sincere because sometimes she couldn't tell when she was complimenting people. She felt like she throws shade at her here and there waiting for her to catch it

" Do I really ?" she asked masking her irritation with a small a smile

" it's a compliment sis, you're doing the most"

" I am not your sis. I tolerate you because Paris is cool with you"

" I see you're still mad about that situation. I apologize for bashing your cousin head." Scarlett chuckled. She found it amusing how London was getting slick with her now that she is pregnant but when she was stumping her cousin head in the ground she wasn't saying nothing.

" ain't nobody mad about none just don't come to me with that fake ass friendly shit"

" I like this energy, keep it up ma" Scarlett laugh ignoring her. Ever since she had her son she's been trying her hardest to be mature and set a good example for him but from time to time the devil tries to test her to see if she really changed for the better.
