Shanes Pov

it was end of lesson and finally lunchtime i was making my way to the locker rooms since coach wanted a chat i passed a few people who smiled and waved at me which i returned.

when i made it to the locker rooms a few guys were in their and started whistling at me making me silently groan in disgust at them until i saw scott mccall making me smile i walked up behind him, his friend noticed me first and looked like a deer caught i headlights when i smiled at him

"do you think shane is okay? she seems abit different this year..i hope shes alright" he rants on and on

i looked at his friend with a raised brow but he was still looking at me in shock

"uh..stiles?" he said "whats wrong?" he asked waving his hand infront of his face but it didnt make a difference he was still frozen in place

"hi scott" i speak up making him jump in suprise

he turns around and blushes atleast 20 shades of red and his friend finally snaps out of his shock

"y-you know who i-i am" he says nervously

i cant help but chuckle at his shyness

"yeah..shouldnt i?" i ask amused

"um-i-its just..well.." he rambles

"your adorable" i giggle

he blushes even more if possible

"oh my god" his friend says behind him

i turn to his friend and smile and wave

"hey your stiles right the funny kid in homeroom that coach hates?" i smile

"yup thats me and your hot" he says his eyes go wide realizing what he said and scott punches his shoulder and..growls? at him

"uh..yeah" i say awkwardly

"so you guys trying out for lacrosse?" i ask changing the subject

"yeah were the permanent bench warmers its so fun" stiles says sarcastically making me laugh

"yeah thats gotta suck" i reply chuckling

"how could you tell" he replies jokingly

"oh i dont know..just a feeling" i joke back making him laugh as scott stares at me in disbelief

"well i gotta go coach wants to talk with me i hope you guys make the team ill be watching" i grin and wave at them

"cya later!" stiles calls as i walk away

"you sure will mr-sarcasm!" i call back as coach leaves his office

"mahealani ive been waiting 20 minutes!" he complains with a glare

"oh calm your granny panties im here arent i?" i reply with a chuckle

Scotts Pov

when she was out of view i turned to stiles with the biggest glare

"and your hot" i repeat what he said making him laugh

"dude it just came out!" he exclaimed

"whatever" i grumble as i finish getting ready

"dude you do realize what just happened right?" he says changing the subject making me confused 'what did just happen?' i ask myself

"no" i reply slowly

"she knows who we are and she said she will be watching us try-out!" he yells placing his hands on my shoulders and shaking me

"w-wait w-what" i stutter nervously

"dude were gonna humiliate ourselves infront of one of the most popular girls in school just as she notices who we are" he rants on and on

"oh god" i groan in realization

"dude this is gonna be humiliating" he tells me patting my back

"thanks styles like i didnt already know" i glare

he smiles and we both finish getting ready and walk out to the lacrosse feild where everyone is warming up and i notice the newgirl with lydia

"oh great alison is here too" sighing from the more pressure this means

"dude who cares shane mahealani finally noticed you and she called you cute!" he exclaims bewildered

i blush remembering her talking to me

"do you really think she likes me?" i bit my lip

"why else would she talk to us were losers..well i am by association with you" he jokes

"as if shane likes you" i hear a voice say from behind me

i turn around to see jackson and danny standing their..take a wild guess who said that

"jackson stop being an ass" danny says

"shut up man" jackson says with a playful smile till he turns to us and it goes into a scowl

"stay away from her mccall" he tell me before storming off

"dont listen to him" danny tells me

"i know you've liked her since 2nd grade and she thinks your sweet and cute" he finishes giving me a wink before catching up to jackson

"did you hear that!" stiles grinned like a madman

"yeah" i mumble blushing

"dude your so lucky i wish lydia thought like that about me!" he complains

"but what about alison?" i groan

"your choice dude a girl you barely know or the girl you have been inlove with since 2nd grade?" he sighed

'why is everything so difficult' i ask myself...oh and im about to embaress myself infront of them both...just great.
