Robin was sneaking in his bedroom window only to find that Bruce was standing there waiting for him.
Bruce sighed "if I've said it once I've said it a thousand times. NEVER GO ON PATROL ALONE!"
"I know. I know. But-" Bruce cut robin off
"No buts young man you could have gotten yourself killed!" He replied harshly
"But I didn't get myself killed! See alive and breathing!" He said spinning once
He rubbed his temples "Ugh just go and get some rest."
"Yes sir!" He said saluting playfully then running off to the bathroom
"What am I going to do with that boy?" He said to himself
"Master Bruce? Might I suggest you go and rest as well. You have a meeting at O 600." (6 am) Alfred said looking at Bruce calmly
"Yes. I suppose I should. Thank you Alfred." And with that he left the room
"Hey Alfred! You'll never guess what happened on patrol today!" Dick said jumping back into the room
"What happened, master Richard." He said playing along
