"You what?" Ouma asked, cupping his ear, leaning in closer to hear what Akamatsu had just said.
"I said, I lost your key, Ouma-kun." Akamatsu repeated, her voice full of guilt. "I'm really sorry."
"You better be sorry! Where else am I supposed to sleep!?" Ouma yelled at Akamatsu. "My pantas are in there as well!"
"When was the last time you had Mr. Ouma-kun's key?" Tojo asked. "W- When me and Shirogane-san were putting away Ouma-kun's pantas." Akamatsu recapped. "I then put the key in my pocket when I relocked the door when we were done."
"Maybe we should try and identify the key. It must've dropped somewhere after you were done delivering Mr. Ouma-kun's pantas to his room and before we came to Mr. Saihara-kun's room." Tojo said.
"Then, let's get looking." Shirogane turned around and headed out to the bottom floor of the dormitories, Tojo and Akamatsu following behind.
Saihara was about to follow before he heard Ouma say, "Hey! You're not going anywhere, murderer!"
"Eh?" Saihara turned around to see Ouma sitting on his knees on the bed.
"You're just gonna leave a disoriented person who almost died alone!? What if I fall off the bed and start bleeding again?"
"You have bandages on your head." Saihara pointed out.
Ouma looked at Saihara's mirror to see that he was right. Ouma did have bandages on his head.
"Well whatever! J-Just stay, or, something." Ouma ordered, starting to form a kind of embarrassed and forlorn demeanor. "I don't like being a-alone..."
Saihara looked at the boy sorrowfully. I should probably stay with him.
Ouma then laid down on the bed and rolled over so his back was facing Saihara.
Saihara walked over to the smaller boy and looked at his face to see he was sleeping. What is it with him and sleep? I always thought gamers did that cause of how long they look at screens. Or maybe that's just one.
Saihara then felt a poke on his cheek. "AAHH-" He yelped, jumping back, falling right on his bum.
"Nishishi~ You're jumpy Saihara-chan~"
Saihara looked at Ouma, who was now standing, hands behind his head.
"O- Ouma-kun! What the hell?!" Saihara exclaimed. "I thought you were sad and upset!"
Ouma was dumbfounded. Did Saihara-chan actually care?
"Anyway, I'm gonna go help the others. Make sure not to hurt yourself." Saihara then stood up and left the room, leaving Ouma alone.
Ouma flopped down on the bed, still confused.
Saihara-chan actually cared for me? Even though that was a lie?
Ouma hadn't even noticed how tears were pouring from his eyes.
"Heh... H- He fell for another one of my d- dumb l- lies... h-hehe..."
Ouma then closed the door and started crying into Saihara's pillow, glad that the rooms were soundproof.
