Kaede actually cares a decent amount about shipping.
Kaede always tries to help other people through their problems no matter how personal they are and how annoying she seems.
Kaede is very witty.
Honestly this is just an exaggerated form of actual Kaede...
BUT THAT'S KINDA THE POINT
I always think if a character has a really cool and interesting character trait/s, you should exaggerate them and make them more known, so the character is more unique!
Like Tenko. Yeah, her sexism is annoying sometimes, but you can't tell me she didn't stand out.
