Complicated (leon fast and furious fanfic)

chapter 1

Delaney's pov:

Today I was at the store helping out Mia and Dom like always and as usual dom was in his office ignoring everything and everyone. I was cleaning off the counter and Mia was flirting with a new customer who has been coming in to see her I hope for everyone's sake he leaves before Vince shows up. I sometimes wish that they never had gone out it would make things easier that's for sure."Mia you should let me wait on him instead just for today till he leaves"i said hoping that she would listen to my advice " why laney it's not like we have a million customers that I can't take care of him and aren't you cleaning?"she said while giving me a a confused look "I just thought that I should take over so Vince doesn't try to make a scene over nothing like he always does" "dont worry about it laney he just needs to get over him self and besides if you took over then leon would be the one causing problems instead" she said laughing I hate when she decides to bring up my situation with leon like as if its something serious. "He wouldn't do that he doesn't even actually like me" "yeah ok whatever you say laney"she said laughing. She then went back to taking care of and flirting with the guy while I continued to clean noticing that the guys and letty were on there way in and that Vince was pissed. "What's up guys" Mia said greeting them when they came in "how you doin Mia, Delaney"jesse said as he went to the sunglasses along with leon. "How ya livin girls" letty said "just fine oh and he's in a mood today letty so..." I was then cut off by her trying to get his attention and him blowing her off sometimes I think that I'm invisible or something why do these people never listen to me. I'm then snapped out of my thoughts by Vince yelling and Jesse's and Leon's side comments which were actually pretty funny
"Ah hes beautiful"
"I like his hair cut" leon replied
Next thing I know Vince and the Brian guy are fighting and we are all following after dom to go stop it
After the fight stops Jesse gives dom Brian's wallet "Brian Earl Spillner that sounds like a serial killer name is that what you are don't come around here again got it"
"You know this is bullshit"
"You said you work for harry?"
"Yea I just started"
"No you were just fired"
And with that Brian took off " it's a little unnecessary to get him fired don't you think it's not like he started the fight"i said kinda irritated by the whole thing "just let it go de you're not gonna change his mind you said it your self he's in a mood" letty told me with a reassuring smile as we were going inside. "Yo de wait a sec" leon hollered "yeah what you need lee"
"Are you going to the race tonight"
"Yeah I think so since letty is going"
"Do you maybe want me to drive you there and we can hang for a bit"
"Sure why not just call me later so I know what time" i said walking away back to letty and Mia panicking about tonight why would i say yes the last time i was alone with him i almost slept with him and not to mention he's a bit of a man whore "what was that about laney " Mia asked in an excited tone " he um asked me if I want to go to the race and hang out with him and I said yes I'm such an idiot" "how does that make you a idiot I think it's a great idea since you both like each other want me and Mia to help you get ready" letty said smiling literally ear to ear like did they forget about what I told them happened last time I mean it's not like I'm a virgin or have a problem with having sex but I like to make sure it's a good relationship and that the guy actually cares about me and I'm not to sure about Leon's feelings for me if he even actually has any for me the way I do for him and I know I may sound and act like a prude but ever since my parents died I have tried to make them proud,be a good daughter for them and do things the way I think they would want me to like respecting myself and whatnot
"Guys the last time we were alone together we almost hooked up and that cant happen not yet any way"
"Ok I don't think it will hes not gonna fuck you at the drag race so don't worry not to mention he will be working the scanner tonight so you won't be together that long besides you already said yes" letty said trying to reassure me "ok I guess you're right " "I'm not going to the race but I will still help you guys get ready" Mia said happily i wish i could be just as happy but truth be told i was more nervous than anything
