(Lance's Perspective.)
"Are you okay?"
"I'm not used to all the staring. I'm usually being ignored. It's weird."
I look around at all the aliens. Some look intrigued, others confused. I wrap my arms around him protectively from behind.
"I wish I could help."
"It's fine."
He looks up at me and smiles.
"At least I have you."
The words make my heart stutter in my chest. How in the world has Keith become this cute? It's a total opposite from what people usually see. After getting to know him he's surprisingly sweet.
"What are you thinking about?"
At the sound of his voice I look down.
"How much I love you."
His face turns bright red and he looks down.
"Why would you think about that?"
"Because it's crazy how much it's true. Every day I fall more and more in love with everything you do."
"That's weird."
He mumbles. I smile and lean around him to kiss his temple. He bats me away laughing.
"Stop it!"
"Not until you say you love me!"
I turn him around in my arms and kiss all over his face.
"Okay okay! I love you!"
He laughs. I pull back and wait until he's opened his eyes again. When he does I lean forwards and kiss him on the lips.
"You are the love of my life."
I whisper softly as I pull back. He smiles and whispers a response.
"You're the love of my life too."
