026 | let me go

Each time you plant those empty kisses
My heart is tearing into pieces
Your heart was taken by somebody else
I was a nobody for you with me to dwell
Tell me am I not enough?
I'd do anything just to hear your laugh
Like a melody sprinting through my ear
But you're slowly drifting-- it's my fear
You step back one more time
Held you but was lost on my own crime
Crime of loving unrequited
Tho I shall grant your will
A phase for my heart to heal
To leave you and to let you go
