Felix's POV
Cry was leaning into my side. My arm draped around her when the noise started.
It was loud and shrill.
The pager we had from Dr Vierdenig was going off.
He was watching Tayla.
I got up to throw myself towards the noise but before my feet touched the ground cry smashed me back to the chair.
"No weight! I'll get it," she said. I still got up using my crutches and followed her.
She checked it and scribbled down the message.
"She blinked?" She asked. Trying to interpret the message and looked at me.
"What?" She asked seeing my facial expression.
"Zombies don't blink."
