His words sent shivers down my spine , I laid in the bed and surprisingly I couldn't get a wink of sleep , my eyes became swollen with heavy bags below them , my stomach growled but this time I chose to suffer and chugged down the water to somehow fill the pain in my stomach but it only made it worse , the kitchen it seems were off limits at night times since these animals , creatures of the dark lurked through every corner

especially Namjoon who seemed to be following me like normal or maybe a coincidence at getting his job done around the castle and trying to fulfil his kingly duties?

the rest of the night was a long blur until the bright blue morning shine seeped through the curtains like streams on my bed and the chirps of the morning birds , I hated that part of the morning , it reminded me of the sick reality it was better when I was asleep where I was at the epitome of peace

I awaited the arrival of the maid which was an hour later "princess ? the king is waiting for your presence , please wake up and undress for your bath" she spoke while already pulling the sheets off my body , I felt lethargic but forced myself to get up and drag my feet towards the bathroom , I pulled off my clothes and waited for the maid who walked into the bathroom a minute later

she made the bed that quickly?

she immediately opened up the bathroom faucet and filled the tub up to almost to the brim , adding scented liquids into the water and salts , was this suppose to calm me down? it made me far from calm .. it only made me more nervous to face the king

just thinking about this made my heart speed up , the maid grabbed my arms and scrubbed at it , it reminded me of when my mother bathed me , she would grab my arms roughly yet with a mothers love and touch

A tear filled my eye but I sniffed it away "are you ill?" the maid asked genuinely concerned and I shook my head , keeping my eyes at the murky water due to the suds and soap , "whats the matter ?" , I argued if I could trust this woman or not "you can trust me child, its not like the king and I do much talking" she giggled at herself . "I just miss my mother" I blurted out and she sighed "that's understandable .. im sorry princess , you will be reunited soon I promise" she spoke and I grew angry "how would you know? its just like you said .. you and the king don't do much talking!" I growled out and the maid tutted , "don't take out your anger when I'm just trying to comfort you" she stated , I let out a heavy breath and shook my head "your right , I'm so sorry" I genuinely felt sorry

"That's alright , let's get you out of this tub and ready to get dressed " she patted my arms so I could get a move on , slowly waking up , I got out and wiped myself dry drom any droplets

Getting dressed in a pretty white knee length dress with netted sleeves , my hair was left as is  , the maid looked at the vase in the room and noticed a white orchid freshly picked , putting it in my hair

"Ahhh perfect" she hummed and ushered me to the door , I walked down the hallway to the main dining room hall where everyone was lined up to swear allegiance before .

As the doors opened , all 7 men like before were seated , their eyes falling on me and all had different messages behind them  , I blinked a couple of times before keeping my eyes to the floor.

"The star of the show  , you may place her back in her cage where she belongs" Namjoon gave a big smile with his dents forming in his cheeks .

As his orders were followed , I was placed inside the cage and left there like a pet , as the days "work" went on .

I earned a couple of lustful looks from a few of the 7 males , it made me shiver with fear .

Outside I could hear the growls and the large and loud footsteps of the inferno dragons , it was still beyond belief as to how these creatures were in existence today ...

The day went on as per usual , inhumane orders and instructions were given  out , Namjoon had no mercy on anyone .

At some occasions he would look at me with such pure hatred but it would slowly turn into a playful grin .

It was no doubt he had some sick plans ..
