Chapter 11 Run

I woke up to Jasper licking my face and the sun beaming in my eyes. But I could've sworn I closed my curtains yesterday. I shrugged it off and got out of bed putting on my usual outfit and lacing up my black boots. 

I grab my bag making my way down stairs towards the yelling commotion of my siblings. Kate was trying to feed Eden as he cried and she yelled, next to them stood Alex trying to tie his tie. I sat myself on the couch popping in my ear buds and pressed a random jazz song. I started to doze off on the couch until one of my ear buds was yanked out of my ear. 

I looked up to see Alex glaring at me.

" Hi ya, bro." I said sarcastically with a grin.

" I was talking to  you knuckle head." Alex said.

" sorry, what did you say?" I looked at my brother quiet confused

" Are you coming to the car?"

"Oh yeah." I jumped up off the couch and began walking with my brother out the door. 

I opened up the door to the front seat and slid into the seat. Alex than began pulling out of the driveway. I looked back at Kate  she was practically asleep and had baby food in her hair. I couldn't help but to bust up laughing.  Alex turned back glancing around till his eyes landed on Kate. We couldn't hold back laughter anymore, causing the car erupted with our laughter .  

Kate stirred and looked at us,  red and tears steaming down our faces.

" What the hell are you laughing about?" Kate asked us angrily.

I handed her a  compact mirror from the glove compartment. Kates face soon went from annoyed to mortified within one look. She then furiously began racking the baby food out of her hair. I continued to giggle till we pulled up to her school and she stepped out. 

After we left her school Alex than turned to me.

" Did you see the news this morning?" He asked eyeing me carefully.

I looked at him confusingly.

" No, why?" 

Alex looks at me happily then back at the road. 

"That boy at the college got expelled, turns out he hacked his way into the school to make his family proud. Apparently that DKL guy got photos of him and posted them. I may hate the guy but he did me a favor this time." Alex said a grin spreading all over his face.

I pulled up my sleeve to my mouth to hide my smile and half frown at the same time.

" Thats great Alex." I mumbled 

Alex always hated the site and the author every since it first came out.It's sad to hear that your brother might hate you or what you do. But I did make him happy this time.  I wanted the site and enjoyed it , but it's always scary to think what if he found out and began to hate me..?

We then pulled up to my high school I hopped out throwing my bag on and  told Alex bye making my way to class.

Amber ran into the hallway with me telling me all the latest gossip from my own site, I couldn't help but giggle a little at her. We reached her class I told her bye then walked into my geometry class. 

I sat in the back waiting for class to start and felt it..he was here watching me. I looked over scanning the room catching eyes with the same boy from last time, his hair was more towards his eyes this time though. His strong nose and jaw sort of reminded  me of Ezra Miller, his eyes were darker today and his stare was intense. I kept examining him he had on checkered sneakers  black jeans and a black hoodie slightly unzipped. I could make out some sort of band tee under it. His hair was slightly curly and messy today it laid over his eyes slightly making a shadow appear under them, that explains why his eyes looked darker today. 

Mrs. Cohen then walked in beginning class with her spew as usual. I looked away from the boy and began staring at her zoning out.  But his staring soon began to feel unbearable it made my skin itch. I wanted to run out of the class to get away, I turned to look at the window and started itching my birth mark.  

Mrs. Cohen finally stopped talking and gave us a worksheet I finished it as fast as I could but before I handed it in I looked at him once again. He didn't have a worksheet and no one even seemed to notice him , but me not even Mrs. Cohen. 

Once I reached my seat again the bell than rang I grabbed my things as fast as I could running to the door. The whole class looked at me as if I was crazy, but before I could make it out I felt a body against the side of me. It was him..

He then leaned down I could feel his breath against my neck and ear. He then whispered into my ear.

" I know its you." His voice was deep and husky 

I then watched him pass me throwing the black hood up over his head walking down the hall. Then I saw it dust on the back of his jacket..the same jacket I threw the rock at yesterday..

All I could think was shit.
