Journal/diary:
Write your thoughts down on a diary, everything you've gone threw the day, how you are feeling. Write what bother's you in the moment, leave those thought's in this diary but once your done writting them down, dont look back and forget that worry and negative though'ts you were having.

Once your done, is time for journal.
Write what you ae grateful for, the good things you have and have done in the day.
Write all those positive things down, also the qualities of yourself that you love and things you are proud of doing.
This will help you be aware of the good and positive things you have in your life that you are taking for granted because of those bad thought's you had earlier.
