"Oh my God," I looked at her with pleading eyes. "I'm so sorry! I didn't mean it, I swear!"
She stopped crying and bit her lip. I watched her fix her black emo hair and stifled a smile at me.
"It's okay Riley, it really is."
"Oh my f*cking gosh, you had me worried there for a second."
I guess she didn't really know what to say next, so she just giggled with a cute, "Rawr."
"Umm, okay."
"If you can't handle a weirdo like me, walk away slowly."
I laughed. "I think I'll manage."
