Above is the Fan-Trailer I made for this story. I'm actually decently proud of this one. ^^

They had quickly dropped off their luggage in the gym and rushed towards their homerooms.

"What do we have first?" Macy panted.

"Uh...I think we all have 'homeroom assemblies'. So like just go to your homeroom I think." Clay answered, as they headed to the Year 7 homerooms.

As they approached the hallway, Liza stopped the enter the room with the bright coloured banner saying '7L'.

Clay and Macy rushed forward to the other classroom. They paused when Liza did.

"What are you doing?" Clay asked, out of breath.

"Going to class?" Liza pointed to the door, dumbfounded.

"But I'm in 7Q," Clay said, looking at his timetable.

"What?" Liza exclaimed, looking over to see his timetable.

Macy looked at her watch. "It's fine, you will have other classes,"

"I don't think so," Clay muttered, inspecting Liza's timetable too. "We don't have any classes together."

Macy groaned. "Ughh"

Liza looked blank. Clay sighed. "Look, we're gonna be late, we'll figure this out after class okay," he patted her on the shoulder and they took off to the next classroom.

Liza fumed and entered 7L. The door swung open unexpectedly fast. It banged against the wall and everyone looked over to her.

"Sorry, we were on the other side of school." Liza apologised quickly.

The teacher nodded. "Well, everyone else got here on time. Never mind, go sit down. I'm Mrs Longley." she introduced herself and gestured towards the class.

Liza ignored the eyes that followed her down to the only empty seat in the class. It was next to a new kid she didn't recognise. One of the new kids. She noticed her smile at her but she ignored it and looked around the class.

There wasn't anyone she liked really. Lance was in her class, and a few from the previous year. There were quite a few new students, including the blonde haired girl who was sitting next to her.

The teacher was rambling on about the coming school year when the girl next to her began to talk.

"What is it?" Liza hissed quietly.

"I'm Friday," the girl smiled.

"Okay," Liza frowned and looked at the teacher.

"I'm just saying, since Mrs Longley said this'll be our seats for the rest of the term in this classroom." Friday shrugged.

Liza groaned. "Oh alright. I'm Liza." she grumpily introduced.

Friday glanced at the teacher. "Are you new here? I am, I got a scholarship here."

Liza flipped her head over facing her. "I'm not new, I was here since prep, and I have friends."

"Someone's salty," Friday smirked teasingly.

Liza frowned unamused. "Okay, well I have no friend in this class, so yeah, I'm salty."

Friday shrugged again. "Well, I'm here, I can be friends with you. Like a class only friend."

Liza looked around the class again. "Alright, deal."

The teacher frowned at them so they shut up. Mrs Longley continued to speak. "So I know it's the first day of school, and you want to catch up with your friends, but you should've done that on the holidays. Go off to recess and do it there." Everyone got up and it got very noisy very fast. "And get to class on time!" She added as everyone rushed out.
