Jack blinked as he drifted back into reality. What was that all about? Was he daydreaming? That voice... Why did it sound so familiar? He couldn't seem to put a finger on it.
He sighed and rubbed at his temples, the fuzziness in the back of his brain causing him nausea.

Mark frowned as he looked at his－ Friend? Conrad? Partner? Christ. "Hey...you alright? You don't look so good.."
The Irishman nodded a bit, "Yeah..just...Guess I zoned out..or something.."
"Oh..."
"Did you hear that voice?"
Mark furrowed his brows, "Huh?"
"Nothing...never mind." Jack said with a frown.
