This is the end of this book. I'm going to change.
The changes I want to make in my life are much greater than what a subliminal can do in a short amount of time.
I'm now using a"Desired reality" subliminal. They require a lot more effort than normal subs. (Meditation, detaching, astral projecting, scripting etc) because you're not just changing the reality you live in. You're leaving the reality to find a better one.
I know this sounds confusing, but basically, you're leaving behind your life very suddenly. to learn more about this, join the "DR subs/Respawners" amino, it's a big community of people who are also doing this.
You guys are really special, keep doing what you're doing babes. if you have any questions, feel free to ask! I'm still in this reality until I fully shift.
