Having real friends is a luxury I'm not used to having so as I'm walking to Jamie's front door I can't help but feel nervous. I knocked on the door and Lilli quickly opened it.

"I'm so glad you came. It's about time I'm not the only girl at movie night." I couldn't help but laugh at her excitement because when she was excited she talked super fast.

"You're parents won't mind if you stay here tonight, will they? We usually all crash here even though it's a school night." I shook my head knowing they would just be glad I was making friends.

Lilli and I sat in Jamie's living room talking for probably thirty minutes before all of the boys came up from the basement in only basketball shorts. I was almost positive that my eyes became the size of saucers because it was the last thing I was expecting to see.

"Sorry we lost track of time but we're gonna go clean up and be right back down." Jamie spoke as Brett darted up the stairs probably hoping to get the first shower. Jamie followed him but Corbin walked to us.

"I don't want to sound like a pig but can you girls get started on the snacks since were running behind." Lilli nodded and pecked Corbin's cheek before he ran up the stairs.

"What exactly were they doing down there?" Lilli shook her head

"Training. They used to do wrestling but now they just train together to stay fit I guess." I sat on the counter while I watched Lilli move around the kitchen getting all of the snacks together.

It wasn't long before the boys were in the kitchen taking the finished snacks. I must've lost concentration because the next thing I knew Jamie and I were alone.

"Go on a date with me." I choked on my own spit when he said that. It didn't help that his hair was a cute messy and his shirt looked extra tight with joggers.

"I'm sorry, what?" He walked over to me putting his arms next to my legs on the counter.

"Go on a date with me on Friday. I want to get to know you again Dani." It was like all of the words I knew flew from my head and all I could do is nod. A smirk grew on Jamie's face before he left me alone in the kitchen.

Jamie's POV

"Not gonna lie I thought she would tell you no." I couldn't help but laugh at Hanson's voice in my head because I knew he was joking.

"You're a dick for that." I joined my friends in my room and I could hear Danielle behind me.

Lilli pulled Dani onto the bed making her fall on me and I felt the slight feeling of sparks knowing that in March her touch will feel like flames on my skin.

Movie night went like it always does except this time when the last movie went off the only ones awake were Corbin and myself.

"Is she your mate?" I looked down at Danielle who had fallen asleep with her head on my shoulder and cuddled up to me in her sleep.

"Yeah." Corbin sent me a smile knowing what I was feeling since he had already found his mate in Lilli.

"How do you know? You're not eighteen yet." I wanted so badly to tell my friends about Hanson but I knew if I did the Moon Goddess wouldn't be happy with me. I had to wait to tell anyone about how long I've known if I don't I could ruin the prophecy.

"Just trust me Corbin I know." he nodded and I watched as he brushed the hair from Lilli's face.

I knew I would be dreading school tomorrow if I didn't get to sleep so I closed my eyes and made sure not to take Dani being here with me for granted.

I woke up the next morning to everyone moving around my room and Dani was gone. As if Corbin was reading my mind he answered my question.

"She went home to shower and get fresh clothes." I nodded my head and walked into my bathroom.

"So what are you going to do about your date with Danielle?" Having Hanson in my head was a blessing and a curse.

"I have no idea but I know exactly who to ask." I walked down the hallway and knocked on my little sisters door and waited patiently for her to open up. She opened the door as she frantically was brushing her hair.

"If I brush your hair and braid it for you can you help me with something." Being a big brother was something that I actually loved because Gracie was an angel. Most guys won't say that about their twelve year old sister but she is the sweetest kid and I'd protect her with my life.

"I have a date on Friday with the girl that I think is my mate and I want you to help me plan it." I told Gracie about Dani while leaving out that I knew without a doubt that she would be my mate and she gave me all the answers I needed to plan a perfect date.

Once Gracie was ready I went and got myself ready knowing if I didn't hurry that I would be late for school, again. I rushed to get ready and get to school hoping to catch Dani before class started. I found her standing at her locker with Lilli so I mind linked Lilli and asked her to leave so I could talk to Dani alone.

"You left early this morning." She seemed startled but when her eyes met mine she smiled.

"I know. I'm sorry I needed to go home and get clothes and stuff." I noticed she was dressed down more than usual but the style fit her.

"So about our date. I'll pick you up at your place around seven and don't worry about dressing up no matter what you wear you'll look gorgeous." I walked away so she couldn't deny my compliment and made my way to class.

"Where did your confidence come from all the sudden?" I looked over to a smirking Lilli

"If I'm going to win her over I have to do it right. I've lost her once I'm not doing it again."
