To tell my family we decided to make it a little present because it was close to my parents anniversary and my brothers birthday (a/n sorry if you don't have one)
We put a baby onesie and a positive pregnancy test in each.
When we get to my parents house I can see Mark getting nervous I grab his hand and and open the door. He and my brother have never really gotten along. Mark always try's to get my brother to like him, But it never works.
"Hi sweetie" my mom says while hugging me "hello Mark" she says hugging him
Then my dad comes and hugs me and shakes marks hand.
"Happy anniversary" I say to them. "And happy birthday y/b/n(your brothers name)"
"Thank you sweetheart"
"We have a surprise for you all" Mark says
We give them the boxes and wait for them to open it. My mom looks at me shocked then runs over and tackles me in a hug.
"Congratulations you two" my dad says
I see my brother giving Mark a glare
"Y/b/n, can you not" I say
"What" he says "you expect me to be okay with him knocking up my little sister"
"We're married" I say
"I don't care" he says
"Y/b/n stop" my mom says
"Was it planned" he asks
"Yes" I say "now suck it up"
He doesn't say anything else but I can tell that he's not okay with it.
After a while me and Mark leave.
"Is your brother really mad about this" he asks
"Yeah" I say "but he'll get over it"
"I hope so" he says
