"So do you guys know the gender yet" my sister, Grace, asks over the phone

"Not yet" I respond "but I was reading some stuff online and it says that if the mother craves sweet stuff then it's a girl and if she craves salty then it's a boy"

"But remember you're having twins" she says "you don't know if they're going to be one of each"

"They're in the same placenta thing" I say "so the doctor says they're going to be the same gender and identical"

"Oh god help Y/n if it's two boys" she say "she already has to deal with you"

"Hey" I say

"You know I'm joking"

We talk for a bit then y/n comes home from work

"How was work" I ask

"It was good until the twins decided they didn't like the smell of the food that my boss brought" she says

"You know they say if you have a lot of morning sickness then it means that you might be carry a girl" I say "or in our case, girls"

"But they also say it depends on where the bump is" she says "if the bump is high it's a girl but if it's low it's a boy. And my bump is low"

"Well I guess we'll find out in a couple weeks" I say
