The sun was shining brightly in the sky, a typical day in Hatchetfield, but something felt off. Emma had been in an odd mood the entire day, wondering what in the hell was going on or happening to make her feel this way.

It wasn't until 1:27pm on Thursday March 21, 2019 that Emma had learned what in the universe was going so wrong.

Ted held her back as she ran up the driveway of the large house, Emma absolutely confused. Police cars, Firetrucks, and an Ambulance all surrounded the place along with a few other vehicles. She had no idea what was happening at that moment, but as a body was rolled out of the house on a gurney, a white sheet covering it, full panic mode had set it.

"TED LET ME GO!" Emma screamed, trying to pull herself out of his grip.

"Emma! Stop!" Ted yelled back, as she slipped away, beginning to run after her.

Emma started running, but froze. The sheet had scooted back a bit, revealing a bit of gray hair.

The entire world seemed to slow as Emma tried to scream, but nothing more than a squeak came from her mouth. Everything blurred before going black.
