— despite being korean, yuen grew up in china all her life after her father lost his passport and they had to stay there longer than expected after a vacation and decided to settle down in wuhan after a while due to the family falling in love with the place even after the passport was recovered

— didn't have many friends back in high school and only kept in close contact with those from her middle school as she was rather shy and quiet during orientation. before she knew it, everyone had their own cliques already so she hopes to gain many friends in project verose, being able to joke with them and have deep, meaningful conversations

— prior to joining project verose, yuen has been a model for several teen magazines and prides herself in being photogenic. she's been questioned for whether or not her face's gone under the knife but her mother had been a beauty pageant and her father, a famous actor so she's been born rather pretty

— when yuen was younger, she fell in love with music by listening to a song by wonder girls, whom she claims inspired her to start performing and play the keyboard. when the group disbanded, yuen cried for days and has now moved onto loving ateez

— yuen's extremely affectionate and loud, often to the extent that she seems melodramatic. however, when performing, she's often praised for her duality and ability to be able to charm the audience
