"Tika! What do you mean you're quitting!?"
"I mean I am fed up with this. I can get a job at a grocery store."
"But they pay less..."
"And..?"
You sighed and walked out. Its so tiring. Working at club was quite the chore. Why couldn't people understand? Why was this so difficult to comprehend?
*Whack!*
"Oh I'm sorry. That was my fault."
You looked up to see big red wings and golden eyes. Oh boi. Why him? Why now? You thought. Big oof.
"So whatcha doing cutie?" Hawks asked with a grin.
"Um. Going home. Why?" You replied.
"You look lonely. Need a shoulder to lean on?"
"How about no."
"But... why not...?"
"Don't make me say it in Spanish. ¡No!"
"Harsh."
"K. Bye."
With that you stormed off, freezing the ground as you walked. Leaving the hero in a daze, but with the worst good idea ever. No matter what, he had to succeed. He was going to make his adorable little fox friend his partner in crime. He was going to make her his apprentence.
