Diana POV...

I sat up and stretched shortly after hearing the sound of my alarm clock annoyingly ring into my ears. I turned it off, but stiffened as I felt someone shift from my side.

Casually, I calmed down remembering what happened last night after my date with Akko took such a drastic turn.

Akko ended up going to a pub. She had called me spouting on nonsense about how amazing and beautiful I was and how sorry she was, she rambled on about her family, about Detective Chariot, a cat she found in the street and took with her in the pub.

I was able to get out of her where she was. When I arrived she was so drunk that she didn't even recognize me or even remembered she had called me. I paid her tab and dragged her to my place. My room was the closest room I could lay her in, plus she was awfully heavy. I couldn't ask for help, afraid some of the staff would recognize her and tell my father, he wasn't a big fan of the Kagari family.

She had her mouth wide opened, drool pooling around some even in her hair. Her cap was halfway off and had some chunks of hair sticking out. Why am I so into her?

"Akko." I grabbed her shoulder and began to shake her. She closed her mouth and furrowed her brows, let out a groan and turned around. "Akko wake up." I sighed shaking her with more force. "Chill... its still... mmhm."

I frowned.

"We got an update on the case." I lied, she quickly sat up. "What. Where?!" She jumped off the bed and reached over my drawer. She then stopped and turned to look at me. She got pale. "D-did we... Please tell me we didn't." Akko whined pinching the bridge of her nose.

I grinned, "We did." I got in closer to her, kissing her jaw. The smell of booze and sweat lingered in her. Her face began to feel warmer. "You were amazing." I teased. She faced me and lightly pushed me back. "Never took you as a liar." She huffed. "I'm fully clothed, you not so much." She stated. That's when I realized I was just in my tank-top and panties. "Good observation." I mumbled.

"Either ways ,I can drive you back to your place. I only brought you here since you were too drunk to remember where you live and you weren't cooperating with me to lead you to one of the guests rooms." I explained.

"Yeah, I can remember calling you, I didn't say anything stupid, did I?" She asked. "Nothing that would make you seem more idiotic than usual." I smirked. "What time is it?" She asked. "Six." I simply answered grabbing some sweatpants from the closet.

"Why did you wake me up so early?" Akko groaned laying back down. "Because my Father despises the Kagaris' and he will put you in jail the second he sees you. Its already bad enough that you were accepted in the Luna Nova PD, he threw such a horrible temper tantrum. I need you out of here as soon as possible." she sat up and groaned, then took her phone out, which was in her back pocket. she stared at it and said nothing.

"Come on, we've got no time to spare. I really don't want to get on Father's bad side."

"Well I wonder how he'll get when he finds out about what you're doing." Akko suddenly said, though it was more like she was speaking to herself.

Was she probably talking about our date? Me having a thing for her?

No. She couldn't be. She's implying he will find out something about me at some point. And she shows no intention of telling anyone about the date, she didn't even want to hear out my feelings, she doesn't even like me that way. I mean she is a bit of a loudmouth, but still. Would she?
