Everything was going great. I had a huge day planned for me and Jack for my birthday and I was so excited until tonight
His manager decided to add another meet and greet so now he can't come home from tour on my birthday.
Skip to you're b-day
"I wish you could be here" I said over FaceTime to Jack who looked like he was getting ready for something
He sighed sitting down "You know, I would be there if I could right?"
"Yea I know I just miss you" I said looking down
"I miss you too,but I gotta go, talk to you later. Bye baby" he said hanging up the phone
"Love you too" I rolled my eyes, shutting my laptop

Knock. Knock. Knock
"I don't want visitors. I just want to drown my sorrows in ice cream" groaned walking towards the door
"What do you wa-"I cut myself off
"Are you Shania?" The man holding a huge bouquet of roses asked
"That's me" I replied taking the flowers from his hand
"Have a nice day" "you too"
Once I had shut the door I set the beautiful roses on the counter

"Let's see who these are from" I said picking up the card that was attached
"Scavenger hunt clue #1: who do you want to meet? Maybe it's the neighbors across the street~ Jack" I read aloud
He can't be here so he must have a cute gift at the end. I quickly ran upstairs to get ready

When I finally got dressed I ran downstairs, locked the door and headed over to my neighbors house
I knocked 3 times before my neighbor (random name) answered the door holding an envelope
"I take it you're here for this" she smiled handing me the envelope
"I am. Can you by any chance tell me what's at the end" I said. I know it's a long shot but maybe she'll tell me
"Sorry honey. I'm sworn to secrecy, you'll find out soon,If you read the next clue you'll be one step closer so hurry up. Bye" she smiled before shutting the door
Well okay then
Clue #2: swing, slide, and play with cars. Don't forget the monkey bars
I know exactly where I need to go. When me and Jack first started dating we would always walk to the park down the street so that has to be where I'm supposed to go

When I got to the park I went straight to the monkey bars and saw a card hanging from one of the bars. BINGO
I ran over and yanked the card off of the bar and read the next clue
Clue #3: run! Don't walk. Don't forget to look by a big rock
The only thing I can think that he's talking about is the rock in the middle of the huge field behind my parents house. So I guess that's where I'm going

When I got to my parents house, I tried knocking on the door, but no one answered. That's weird
Well okay then. I started walking down to the field. Taking my time so I could enjoy the scenery, I always loved it out here, the way the tall oak tree's branches swayed in the wind, the sweet smell of honeysuckle, and how the sun was always shining. This is probably my most favorite place to be other than Jacks arms
When I got to the rock I didn't see an envelope, instead I saw the final clue written in chalk on the top of the rock
"I bet you're wondering why there's nothing here to be found, but don't worry all you have to do is turn around" I read aloud
Before I could turn around I heard a guitar playing. I quickly whipped my head around and saw the one thing I've been longing to see for the past 2 months. The love of my life standing there with his arms wide open waiting for me to hug him which I wasted no time to do.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?!?" I yelled jumping into his arms almost knocking him over
"Do you really think I'd miss my queens birthday?" He asked, but before I could respond I saw the rest of the Why Don't We boys come out from behind the trees and start to sing my favorite song, Taking You. Jack joined in, putting me down and started to slow dance with me
Tears of joy started flooding out of my eyes as Jack spun me around, this is the happiest I've been since he left. I don't think I've smiled this much in well....ever
"I love you so much Shania" Jack said once the song was finished
"I love you more" I said with a huge smile and still crying
