Hey guys!! This one's pretty short. I'll make up for the next one.

There's no song in this. Nothings coming to my mind.

°°°°°°°°°°°

"There isn't going to be any show, Jack. You're on our territory. Get the hell gone now," Dylan threatened giving the ring leader of the other group the most evil look I have ever seen.

"Ehh....I'm bored of you anyways. We have a new toy now," Jack grinned looking over at me. I cringed at the look in his face and struggled once again to get free of the giant ogre holding me. He had to be well over six feet tall. I couldn't reach the ground at all. His arms were like iron bars across my chest. He was about to break me in half.

"You aren't taking her," Dylan snarled. About that time a few more guys came walking up the alley ahead of me, every one of them with a weapon in hand, bats, chains, knifes. Holy crap, what have I gotten myself into!

Jack looked at the new group his eye brows pulling together in frustration.

              "Let her down," he
barked. I was dropped instantly. I stumbled forward in my heels. Dylan made a swift gesture to me to come to his side. I didn't say anything but hurried to him. He grabbed my arm jerking me behind him. I placed my hand on his back to steady myself as I held my ribs. The guy to my left gave me a goofy grin. I returned it with a half-smile.

Jack was watching intently. He smirked at Dylan.

"Found a new love interest?" Jack laughed darkly. Dylan was ridged his face hard and his eyes unfriendly.

"You've got three seconds to get off my territory," he growled. Jack held up his hands in defeat, still smirking. They started walking the opposite direction of the group of guys who seemed to be blocking the whole right side of the alley.

"Have fun tonight bumping that hot piece of ass. But, come this weekend, I'm going to beat your face in
at the tournament and take her from you," Jack winked at me. Dylan pushed me further behind him. My face was bright red. That guy thought Dylan and I were together. No one moved till Jack and his gang was a good ways down the alley. Dylan spun around looking at me furiously. I took a step back hitting the wall.

"What were you thinking?" He almost yelled. I blinked at him and gulped. His anger frightened me to no end.

"I'm sorry," I whispered. The other guys in the alley had moved in closer to look at me. I felt trapped. Hell, I was trapped. What are they going to do to me now? They started at me half amused half worried. They all were wearing black clothing, a few with exotic hair styles.

Dylan let out an annoyed sigh and shut his eyes rubbing his forehead.

              "Louis , Ian, go make
sure Jack got the hell out of here," Dylan ordered. Two guys behind him moved away quickly. They headed down the alley in the direction Jack had gone.

"What we going to do about her?" The guy to his left asked. He smiled at me like before.

"Nothing," Dylan muttered opening his eyes to look at me.

"Are you hurt, Everlyn?" He asked. I shook my head no, my arms crossed over my stomach pressing myself against the wall.

"You’re lucky you know that," he scolded. "Why the hell would you just follow me like that? Are you stupid?"

"No, I'm not!" I snarled. I'm not stupid, a little curious for my own good but NOT stupid. The remaining guys in the alley laughed. I frowned at them.

"You’re not going to tell anyone about this," he told me in a hard tone. No one would believe me, even if I did.

I just nodded. He raised an eye brow at me.

"I won't," I told him. After all he did save me, technically. He could have let them take me.

"I'll make sure of that," he assured. The two guys he had sent were walking back down the alley. Dylan looked up at them expectantly.

"He's gone," one informed. Dylan gave a brief nod.

"You should go back in the club, Ash," he told me.

"I have to wait in line again," I groaned. He chuckled for a moment.

"She could come with us," The guy the left offered.

"No," Dylan frowned. "She's seen enough. I'd rather her not get involved in this."

"A bit late for that," the same guy replied. Dylan waved his hand at the guy.

"I'm taking her back inside. I'll see you later."

With that Dylan took my arm and pulled me down the alley back to the club.

"Later girly," the dude called. I glanced back and waved. He grinned as did the other guys. We turned the corner out of sight. Dylan led me to the back door.

"It's locked," I told him. He didn't say anything pulling something out of his pocket. It was a key, he opened the door. The music was deafening.

"Dylan , I'm sorry," I muttered looking down at my feet. I felt like I should apologize and I didn't know why. I honestly don't know what I was thinking going after him. It was stupid.

"You can't tell anyone about this, do you understand," he told me frowning. I nodded.

"I mean it; if anyone gets involved with this it could be bad for them. Someone could get hurt, like you almost did," Dylan insisted.

"I know, and you'll get in trouble too," I frowned.

"Good night, Ashlyn," Dylan said softly. I smiled and turned to go into the club. Dylan grabbed my arm gently.

"How about I buy you a drink next time," he smirked. I couldn't help but smile. He placed his hand on my back and pushed me inside the club. I turned and watched him close it behind me. Well, this has been a strange night.
