You

You know,

You were once everything,

But now you left,

There is a hole,

One that can't be filled with bricks and mortar,

Seeing you everyday has gotten a little harder,

Because I know you can see that my smiles are faked,

That I still can't forget even when I'm half baked,

The fact that you know I know that I'm such a disgrace,

That you know my scars are all over the place,

But you could care less if I'm bleeding or dying,

On your shoulder I'm no longer crying,

Because I once thought we were in this together,

We were two of a kind,

And we said forever,

But it seems as I meant it,

And you did not.

I feel abandoned,

Like I'm better off shot,

Because I thought you were here,

But I guess you're not,

I guess you just weren't the person I thought.
