Weather Report x Reader

A/n: Oh jeez, it's time for some weather report. He is so awkward it's great lol. Hope you will enjoy and hope the sun will shine a lot for y'all. Everyone needs sum D vitamin throughout their whole life.

"Y/n? Are you alright?" A familiar voice asked, awakening you from your daydreaming. It has been way too long since the sun shone. You forced a smile on your face and looked back at your co-worker.

"I'll be fine. Go on, have a nice night, I know your boyfriend is waiting for you at home." You smiled as best as you could, trying to not let the gloomy weather get to you. Working at a small local store, was relaxing, you got to know many nice people as well as mean, egoistic people etc etc. It was a fun job nonetheless. You were so lost in thought, that you didn't notice someone leaning in, stopping merely a few inches away from your face.

"Excuse me?" A male voice said, the air hitting your face as he spoke, making you jump.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't focusing." You said and quickly did your work.

"That would be 18 dollars sir." He nodded and took exactly 18 dollars out of his pocket. He then took his bags up and left. He really was a weird person. Who would get so close to someone just to get their attention. He could have done so many other things, but he chose to lean in and whisper to you. The rest of the morning went smoothly. You then realised that you felt something warm on your hand. You looked down and saw light hitting it. You looked expectantly outside and saw how brightly the sun was shining. This bought a huge smile on your face and you worked happily with a genuine smile on your face while enjoying the warm rays of the sun. Soon, you saw a similar furry hat and decided to go and great him.

"The weather is nice isn't it sir?" You mentioned cheerfully making him turn to you. He leaned in close once again and said

"I'm glad you enjoy it. It has been raining for too long hasn't it?" Then he leaned and got back to his normal posture. An awkward silence fell between the two of you and when he was done choosing, whatever he wanted to buy, the both of you headed back to your workspace and soon enough you said goodbye and he went on his way as well. You saw him a few times per day and sometimes whenever you were heading home, you would see him, sitting alone in the park. Today you decided to go and talk to him.

"Hey. I didn't quite catch your name." You said with a smile on your face. Now that the rainy season faded away and it was sunny for most of the day, you were filled with positivity, like nothing could go wrong. You waited for him to answer and soon he leaned in back close.

"Weather Report." He said briefly.

"What is with the weather report? Does it say that it will rain or something like that? That would be terrible. I really do like sunshine. "

"No, that's my name."

"Oh, sorry. It's just it's a rather interesting name. I think I've never introduced myself either. My name is Y/n L/n."

"I know. It stands on the name tag that you put on at work."

The more and more you talked to each other, the more he leaned backwards. You didn't know what to think of it. Was it because he started to trust you or because he is not interested in talking to you anymore?

"Why is your name Weather Report?"

"Well, it's  a secret. Let's just say I can magically control the weather." You laughed a tiny bit, not believing him at all. He looked at you with a rather questioning look on his face.

"Well, I mean the day I met you for the first time was the first day the sun shone after a long time of rain." You said in a teasing voice and giggled a bit at the thought.
