How does one say 'no'?
Can you just say it without thinking?
What if it hurts them?
I'll feel guilty
Hurting someone isn't my thing
If I hurt someone it'll hurt me even more
I just can't do it
Saying 'no' is like a rumor or a punishment for me
The end of the world
I feel empty, guilty just saying that one word
Am I weak for saying 'no'?
I need to learn to say that one word
Before I regret not saying it

Lol I just had a conversation with my friend and she is saying that I need to say 'no' a lotttt more because I barley even use it like it's literally not in my vocabulary when I'm answering someone😅😅😅
